Free mortgage advice and arrangement

Based in Wetherby, near Leeds, we arrange mortgages for clients across the UK.

No face-to-face appointment is required for mortgage work. We process most mortgage applications entirely based on phone and email conversations, which means less hassle for you, and faster mortgage approvals.

We charge no fee for arranging mortgages. Please note that we currently only arrange new mortgages of more than £150,000. However, if you simply want us to move an existing mortgage to a new fixed rate deal with your existing lender then the minimum is £50,000.

Your mortgage is the biggest debt you will ever have so picking the right one is important. With a long background in the financial industry, Wendy Cochran is a professionally qualified independent financial and mortgage adviser based in Wetherby, Yorkshire, with clients across the UK.

Getting mortgage advice can help you find the best mortgage deal for your circumstances, whether you are moving home, investing in buy to let property, or just looking to cut your monthly bills.

We will take the time to understand your situation, advise you on what mortgage types are likely to be available to you, and gather enough information to help find the best mortgage deal for you. We will then search the market for the best rate, taking into account all fees and conditions, and make a recommendation. If you agree we will then do all the mortgage application and arrangement for you.

We offer mortgage advice to all types of applicants, including:

  • Switching to a new mortgage deal
  • Home movers
  • Remortgages
  • First time buyers
  • Clients with difficult credit histories
  • Buy to let clients
  • Mortgages for directors and the self-employed
  • Mortgages on new build properties (please note - minimum 15% deposit required for new builds)

Please note that we don't arrange mortgages for holiday-let properties or self-build projects or Limited company Buy to Let mortgages.

Please get in touch to arrange a free initial review of your situation.
